经产母猪和后备母猪时常发生子宫内膜炎，其发病率在20%左右，有个别猪场可高达40%。在异常淘汰的母猪中因子宫内膜炎而淘汰的母猪在6.6%~26.8%之间。且规模化猪场繁殖性疾病中有50%以上是由于子宫内膜炎造成的。
所以母猪子宫内膜炎为当今规模化养猪场的一大难题，探明各分娩相关因素对母猪子宫内膜炎发生的影响对生产是很有指导意义的。
试验设计：
年6月至年4月随机选取广东省某规模化猪场分娩舍母猪90头，对造成母猪子宫内膜炎的分娩相关因素进行抽样调查，具体样本量和考察指标如表1，通过记录分析分娩相关因素对母猪子宫内膜炎发生的影响。
试验结果：

掏产
即母猪掏胎后母猪子宫内膜炎的发病率为%（表1）。没有掏胎情况的母猪73头，发生子宫内膜炎27头，子宫内膜炎发病率为36.99%。
注意：
1.母猪努责超过半小时不出猪或产仔间隔超过1h，进行掏胎操作，掏产过程符合规范；
2.判断母猪难产时，耳静脉注射10-20单位缩宫素；
3.母猪产完最后一头仔猪后30min内未排完胎衣，即判定为胎衣滞留；
4.从第一头仔猪产出到最后一头仔猪产完超过4小时，则定义为产程过长。

胎衣滞留
有胎衣滞留情况的母猪有74头，母猪断奶后有43头母猪发生子宫内膜炎，发病率为58.11%。无胎衣滞留母猪19头，断奶后有3头发生子宫内膜炎，发病率为15.79%（表2）。随着胎衣在母猪体内滞留时间的增加，母猪子宫内膜炎的发病率有增加的趋势。

胎儿滞留
93头母猪中有13头母猪在分娩过程中有胎儿滞留的情况。断奶后胎儿滞留母猪有12头发生子宫内膜炎，发病率为92.31%。经统计无胎儿滞留的母猪为80头，断奶后发病34头，发病率为42.50%。

产程
93头母猪中有56头产程过长，其中断奶后有38头母猪发生子宫内膜炎，发病率为67.86%（表1）。产程正常母猪37头，断奶后有8头母猪发生子宫内膜炎，发病率为21.62%（表4）。
备注：缩宫素指标样本量太小，故不作为此次讨论内容
试验结论：
母猪产程过长、胎衣胎儿滞留、掏产与子宫内膜炎的发生呈高度相关性，故能缩短母猪产程，正确接产与助产，对于已经发生以上情况的母猪进行产后护宫工作，将大大降低子宫内膜炎的发生率。
